Demi Lovato was the musical guest for Saturday Night Live this past Saturday, October 17th, and she rocked the stage! The SNL performance was the first time Demi was on the SNL stage, and did she deliver. Demi has been all over prepping for the release of her album Confident. Demi even has been performing hits off of the album with impromptu acapella performances in New York, to gay bars. Demi sang three songs on the SNL stage which included "Cool for the Summer", "Confident", and "Stone Cold". Demi not only have powerhouse vocals but also brought out her emotions, especially in "Stone Cold". The lyrics alone have such a powerful meaning behind them, and add that on top of her emotions. It makes for a great heartfelt performance.
